Returns the date this certificate was/will be made valid.

Property Value

A System.DateTime value representing the starting date and time this certificate is valid.

Remarks

The date/time is reported in Greenwich Mean Time. If a certificate is received with IssueDate prior to the current date/time the certificate will be determined to be invalid.
